AGREEMENT
In consideration for the referral of Principal from Referring Broker, Recipient Broker agrees to pay to Referring Broker, through escrow, a Referral Fee of twenty percent (25%) of the total gross compensation earned by Recipient Broker, based on Principal’s side of the transaction, upon recordation of a deed or other evidence of transfer, if within 30 days from the date of this Agreement, Principal buys, sells or exchanges real property.
Recipient Broker further agrees that the principal shall remain a client of Referring Broker for purposes of financing services (escrow, title, any purchases or exchanges.)
Recipient Broker further agrees to carry liability insurance and errors and omission insurance, applicable to each transaction involving the Principal, and that Referring Broker shall be an additional insured under such policies.
